Orders & Shipping

Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm AEST. This excludes weekends and Australian Public Holidays. Our team will process your order within 24 hours and will then be handed over to our shipping couriers. You will be notified via email throughout this process.

We will send you your tracking number once your order has been packed and ready for pick up by our shipping couriers.

Unfortunately the Routine. Team will start processing your order as soon as it's placed. We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are made. If you no longer require your order, please submit a return request following our returns policy.

Please be aware that if you purchase with us and choose to have your order shipped to a hotel or an Airbnb, Routine. Are not responsible for any parcels that cannot be located once delivery has been confirmed on your tracking link. It is your responsibility to ensure that you check the tracking link and are available at the time of delivery to receive the package.
